Welcome to my website about modeling and DIY modeling kits! Whether you're someone who already wants to get into the hobby or don't really know about crafts,this site should be a good way to introduce you to the world of model kits. Here, you will find helpful information about what DIY kits are, how to get started, and ways to expand your skills if you find that you want to be more invested. I've also included some of my personal experiences and a few resources to be a good baseline for you. By the end of your visit here, you should hopefully be ready to start out on your journey into modeling and discover the joys of building your interests yourself.

Why DIY Kits are a Good Start

Modeling is a fun, relaxing, and rewarding hobby that can be enjoyed by anyone. The main issue that I see with the hobby is that it can be extremely intimidating to newcomers who don't have information or an idea of where to start. DIY kits take the pressure off by including everything needing for a build and removing the need to plan or come up with a scene for yourself. One of my favorite brands to buy kits from is Robotime- they have a large line of products ranging from 3d wooden puzzles, mechanical puzzles, and of course kits like DIY book nooks and miniature houses. This was also the first brand that I started out the hobby with, and have built many of their kits over time. It was a great introduction to more complex modeling projects and helped me build the confidence to continue on. Below this section, I've included a photo of some of the Robotime dollhouses that I first built.
